That's an excellent question. Based on my experience of constantly planning ahead, I found myself running on a treadmill without stopping. Whenever I reached my planned "goal," the overwhelming dissatisfaction that followed was hard to bear. I believe it's much better to adapt to circumstances, especially in the times we are living in right now.
