Writing can improve our thought process by helping us visualize our thoughts. While some people are visual learners, everyone is a visual thinker.

Writing encourages collaboration through the use of tools for idea generation and clarity. It also lets you make tough decisions early while fostering a transparent company culture.

Understand the importance of aligning hiring processes. View them as a matching problem rather than a sales problem. 

Writing ensures that new hires are well-aligned and committed to the company's goals. When collaborating, focus on asynchronous and online communication to ensure equality. 

The practice also maintains a permanent record. Even if working in the same office, hold meetings online and use video/voice tools.
