Memo #115: Thinking day to switch business workflow and strategy

Are you feeling down about your business?

I am—time for some honesty.

I keep showing up here and posting thoughts about building a business.

I have written some newsletters.

Not as many as I could have done.

I've been to some conferences.

I met some incredible people...

And still, I can't escape this feeling (not a fact - just a feeling) ...

NO ONE WANTS THIS.

Writing technical content does not seem like a "hair-on-fire problem" for anyone building a digital business.

Yes, it's "interesting"...

But will people pay me to help them?

So this is just a little post to say...

...I'm losing faith this week.

Over the years, I've invested SO much time, money, and energy in building a business.

And I have very little to show for it today.

This is not a "please feel sorry for me" post.

It's not an "I'm giving up" post. It's just a reminder to my future self, so I know where I was.
