If your team is stuck in the "agile zombie mode," it's time to take ownership of the process and start fresh. Begin by identifying the problems and adding processes that add value to the business. Keep things simple by removing unnecessary steps and focusing on delivering value to the customer. Remember, delivering value doesn't mean releasing a product or feature to the public. If something is valuable but has yet to be shared, it's not benefiting anyone. After work is shipped, the team needs more contact with support, customer success, and sales. Features are often delivered in large batches without the mandate to experiment. While teams may still work in sprints, nothing new reaches the customers after each sprint.
