I envisioned a team where every member possessed the necessary skills, confidence, and empowerment to take initiative, make decisions, and lead others. This team would take the lead in solving problems whenever they encountered them, resulting in superior execution, faster professional growth, and longer tenure with the company. We must communicate the project's status to stakeholders, identify and manage risks, delegate tasks to the team, and encourage them to ship the product.
