Building Trust in Virtual Teams
Believing in the good intentions of your colleagues and their lack of desire to harm you is what trust is all about. Teams should not avoid conflict but embrace it as an opportunity for healthy disagreement. Successful teams prioritize the collective success of the team rather than individual achievements. Establishing trust within our teams and exploring new working methods to move forward is crucial, even though many of us resist change, which can be challenging. Every team member should feel included, regardless of their location. Trust is an essential ingredient for any successful team, especially virtual ones.
