Off Topic: Prioritizing Quality in Software Development with a Zero Bug Policy

The high risk of shipping code without proper test coverage leads to many regressions as part of the previous workflow. We have an increasing number of bugs reported through our current exception management tool, Sentry.

The project aims to track and link issues reported in Sentry and find a resolution for them. Bugs mean the users face functionality that needs to be fixed, which implies a reduced quality of service. The Zero Bug Policy establishes a scheme to reduce the bugs users report. It removes bug management and makes every single failure in the system the highest priority.
