Unrelated: Embrace Uncertainty and Volatility

The Courage to Be Happy: Discover the Power of Positive Psychology and Choose Happiness Every Day by [Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga]

If we fear something, it may be because we lack knowledge or understanding. It's essential to understand the situation before concluding. Fear can often respond to something else in our environment but can also be a warning sign of ignorance. Sometimes, anxiety can lead to anger and cause harm to perceived threats. Change is a natural part of life; we must learn to accept it. We can grow and gain perspective at the edge of our comfort zone.

In our society, high self-esteem is often viewed as an indicator of good mental health. Yet, we tend to distance ourselves from those who own it. For example, someone may label us as "sad" because they think they know our emotional state better than we do, not because it is true. When we are afraid, we tend to project our fear onto others, which can result in anger towards anyone who appears different and threatening. We must break free from our addiction to predictability and control. Instead, we need to embrace uncertainty and volatility. Trust yourself and others to make the right decisions, and success will follow.
